3oz Hot Hot Hot Ginger Beer
1.5oz Vodka
0.5oz Lime Juice
0.75oz Runny Honey
Basil and Red Bell Pepper, Muddled
In a shaker tin, muddle two basil leaves and three 1 inch squares of cut red bell pepper. After muddling has taken place add the vodka, lime juice, runny honey and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass and top with Jamaica’s Finest Ginger Beer. Garnish a basil leaf
Velvet Spritz
3oz Red Ribbon Almond Cream Soda
1.5oz Lawrenceville Distilling Parking Chair Vodka
1oz grapefruit juice
0.25oz lemon juice
0.5oz green tea syrup
1 fresh sage leaf
Garnish: fresh sage leaf, grapefruit peel
In a shaker tin combine: Parking Chair vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, green tea syrup, and one fresh sage leaf. Add ice and shake. Strain in to an “up” glass, top with Red Ribbon Almond Cream Soda, garnish, and enjoy!
*To make green tea syrup: Steep 2 green tea bags in 8oz hot water for 8-10 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in equal parts white sugar.
**This recipe works well with most clear spirits, so if vodka is not your thing try it out with gin, white rum, or even a blanco tequila..
Amaro’s a Day Away
3oz Red Ribbon Cherry Supreme Soda
1oz Cynar
1oz Averna
0.5oz Campari
0.25oz lemon juice
0.25oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: smacked mint sprig, lemon peel
In a shaker tin combine: Cynar, Averna, Campari, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and bitters. Add ice and shake. Strain in to a tall glass over fresh ice, top with Red Ribbon Cherry Supreme Soda, garnish, and enjoy!
*To make demerara syrup: combine equal parts demerara sugar and hot water, stir to dissolve.
**This cocktail works wonderfully as a pitcher cocktail or punch bowl for larger gatherings.

3oz Red Ribbon Bitter Lemon Soda
1.5oz Quantum gin
1oz cucumber-parsley syrup
0.5oz lime juice
6 dashes fennel bitters
Garnish: cucumber slice, parsley sprig, absinthe mist
In a shaker tin combine: Quantum gin, cucumber-parsley syrup, lime juice, and bitters. Add ice and shake. Strain in to a tall glass over fresh ice, top with Red Ribbon Bitter Lemon Soda, garnish, and enjoy!

Birch ‘n the Rye
3oz Red Ribbon Birch Beer
1.5oz Old Overholt Rye Whiskey
1oz half & half
0.5oz demerara syrup
2 dashes cardamom bitters
Garnish: Amarena cherries, fresh grated cinnamon
In a shaker tin combine: Old Overholt Rye, half & half, demerara syrup, and bitters. Add ice and shake. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice, top with Red Ribbon Birch Beer, garnish, and enjoy!
